MiHealth Monitoring provides a proactive health monitoring and patient management platform that enables:

• Real-time and historical health metric tracking from connected wearable devices.
• Clinical dashboards for healthcare providers to monitor patient health data.
• Automated alerts when patient health metrics fall outside defined safe ranges.
• Integration with third-party health data sources including Fitbit and Google Health.
• Secure communication between healthcare teams and patients.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

• Be a licensed healthcare professional, authorized clinical staff member, or an enrolled patient under a participating healthcare provider.
• Provide accurate, complete, and current registration information.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Health Data and Medical Disclaimer

• Health data displayed on the platform is intended to assist licensed healthcare professionals in monitoring patient health trends.
• The platform does not provide medical diagnoses, treatment recommendations, or emergency medical services.
• In case of a medical emergency, contact emergency services (911 or local equivalent) immediately.
• Healthcare providers are solely responsible for clinical decisions made based on data displayed on the platform.

5. Connected Devices and Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party health data sources including Fitbit and Google Health. By connecting these services, you authorize MiHealth Monitoring to access and process your health data from those platforms in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You may disconnect any integrated service at any time from your account settings. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party health data sources.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable healthcare regulations.
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized individuals.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts or system resources.
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
• Use the Service to collect or harvest data about other users without authorization.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

7. Data Privacy and Security

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MiHealth Monitoring shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to errors in health data, device connectivity issues, or decisions made by healthcare providers based on platform data.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
